• “Services” means managed IT, consultancy, cloud, cybersecurity, software/web development, CCTV/access control, and related commercial offerings we provide under separate agreements, as well as NovusGUARD products where sold under separate commercial terms.
• “You” means the individual accessing the Website, and where applicable the organisation you represent.
• “Your Content” means any text, images or other material you choose to submit via the Website (for example form messages or chat messages).

3. Intellectual property rights

Other than content you own, under these Terms Novus Altair Limited and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website — including branding, logos, text, graphics, layout, software interfaces and documentation.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence solely for the purpose of viewing and using the Website for legitimate informational and pre-sales purposes. No other licence is granted. Submitting a quote form, callback request or chat message does not create a binding contract for Services. Quotes and proposals are invitations to treat unless stated otherwise in writing.
